Kevin Cole

Founder & Project Manager

Kevin Cole founded KCA Design Studios with a vision of making thoughtful, high-quality design and project planning services accessible to homeowners, developers, businesses, and communities. As Founder and Project Manager, Kevin leads the firm's strategic direction, client relationships, project development, and day-to-day operations.

A military veteran, licensed Florida General Contractor, and licensed Florida Glass & Glazing Contractor, Kevin brings extensive experience in construction management, project planning, building systems coordination, and construction consulting. His background allows him to bridge the gap between design intent and practical execution, helping clients navigate projects from concept through completion.

Kevin works closely with the firm's licensed architect, consultants, and project team to ensure every project receives the attention, coordination, and professional oversight necessary for successful delivery.

Troy A. Verrett, NCARB, ASID, CDT

Co-Founder & Resident Architect in Responsible Control

Troy Verrett serves as KCA Design Studios' Resident Architect in Responsible Control and Qualifying Architect. He provides professional oversight of architectural services performed through the firm and is responsible for architectural review, code compliance, life-safety considerations, and professional services performed under the firm's architectural license.

With more than three decades of experience and over $100 million in completed construction projects, Troy has led residential, commercial, institutional, civic, and redevelopment projects throughout the United States. His experience and leadership provide the professional foundation supporting KCA Design Studios' architectural practice.

Troy remains actively involved in project planning, consultant coordination, document review, and milestone oversight to ensure projects are executed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and professional standards.

Arlene Dominique Uy

Senior Project Designer

Arlene supports project development through drafting, BIM modeling, design production, and construction documentation. Her experience spans residential, commercial, and industrial projects, bringing precision, organization, and technical coordination to every phase of project development.

With experience on large-scale industrial facilities, commercial developments, and residential projects, Arlene helps transform ideas into coordinated and buildable project documentation.

Astley Cole

Construction Project Manager

Astley brings more than 30 years of construction experience to KCA Design Studios. He assists with project scheduling, construction coordination, contractor communication, and field operations to help ensure projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with project objectives.

His practical knowledge and field experience provide valuable insight during both pre-construction planning and project execution.

Ronniel Germino

Architectural Designer

Ronniel contributes to schematic design, drafting, visualization, and design development across the firm's active projects. He supports the preparation of drawings, renderings, and design presentations while collaborating closely with senior project personnel and consultants.

His attention to detail and passion for design help bring client visions to life through clear and effective visual communication.
