Project Overview
A modern 4-unit townhouse development located at 5210 Arbor Road in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Totaling 8,124 square feet across two levels, each unit delivers approximately 1,692 square feet of heated living space with an attached single-car garage. The design balances contemporary farmhouse-style exteriors with warm, open-concept interiors featuring generous living rooms, dedicated dining areas, and well-appointed kitchens. Thoughtful site planning provides each unit with individual driveways, landscaped buffers, and private entries. Designed by KCA Design Studios to bring quality, attainable housing to the Fayetteville market.
Front Elevation — Daytime
The street-facing elevation showcases a contemporary farmhouse aesthetic with alternating board-and-batten and horizontal lap siding in a refined gray and white palette. Each unit features its own covered entry, single-car garage with wood-tone doors, individual driveway, and landscaped planting beds that create a cohesive yet distinct streetscape.
Front Elevation — Evening
At dusk, integrated exterior lighting transforms the building. Warm downlights at each entry, landscape path lighting, and the glow from interior windows create a welcoming presence. The wood-accented soffits and garage surrounds add warmth against the darker siding tones.
Living Room
The open-concept living area anchors each unit with generous natural light through oversized windows. Warm oak hardwood floors, neutral upholstered seating, and a layered material palette create a comfortable, contemporary space that flows seamlessly into the dining area.
